SHANGHAI, July 15, 2016 -- JinkoSolar Holding Co., Ltd. ("JinkoSolar" or the "Company") (NYSE: JKS), a global leader in the solar PV industry, today announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, JinkoSolar (U.S.) INC., has signed amendments to the credit agreement with Wells Fargo Capital Finance, a division of Wells Fargo Bank ("Wells Fargo") to increase its credit limit to $60 million from $40 million with a three year term. "This is the second time we have raised our credit limit with Wells Fargo in the past years," commented Mr. Charlie Cao, JinkoSolar's Chief Financial Officer. “We look forward to working closely with Wells Fargo to further expand our business in the U.S and across the globe.”
